Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?
Yes. We deliver nationwide through The Courier Guy. You will see the available delivery options and the exact cost in your cart before you pay.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on your address and how many bottles you order, and the exact amount is shown in your cart before checkout. Delivery is free on all orders over R1 150.
When will my order arrive?
The Courier Guy shows its own delivery estimate next to each option at checkout, so you can choose the speed that suits you. Once your order is collected you will receive a tracking number and can follow the parcel to your door.
Can I collect my order from the estate?
Yes, and there is no charge for it. Choose “Collect at Hazon Vines Wine Estate” at checkout and we will let you know when your wine is ready. We are on Plot 1020 Hartbeeshoek Road, Broederstroom, Hartbeespoort.
Can I order from overseas as a gift for someone in South Africa?
Yes. Enter your own billing address wherever you are, and a South African address for delivery. We deliver within South Africa only, so the recipient’s address has to be local, but the order itself can be placed from anywhere.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Payfast, one of South Africa’s largest payment providers. You can pay by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details go directly to Payfast and are never stored on our site.
What are your opening hours?
Mondays closed. Tuesdays to Saturdays: 10:30 to 16:30. Sundays: 11:30 to 16:30.
Do I need to book a wine tasting?
Booking is recommended, particularly over weekends and for groups. Use the form on our Contact page or call us on +27 76 173 1571 and we will arrange a time.
Can I buy wine directly from the farm?
Yes. You are welcome to buy at the cellar door during our open hours, no booking needed.
Can I buy a single bottle, or do I have to buy a case?
Every wine can be ordered as a single bottle, two bottles or a six-bottle case, and a case saves you 10%. Every six-bottle case except the Sauvignon Blanc and the Gezellig also takes you over R1 150, so delivery is free as well.
Which wines do you make?
Small-batch reds, whites and a rosé. On the red side: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinotage, Cinsault, the Roepstem Malbec, and the Avondmaal, Ademloos, Droom and Gezellig blends. Our whites are the Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, and there is now a Grenache Rosé as well.
Where exactly are you?
Plot 1020 Hartbeeshoek Road, Broederstroom, Hartbeespoort, North West, 0216. We are an easy drive from both Johannesburg and Pretoria.
